Abstract

Based on the narrative of professional experience situations, developed in different educational institutions, this text discusses some challenges that pedagogical coordination faces when assuming a work in partnership with teachers in the school routine. It also seeks to show possibilities for the development of this work in the perspective of a dialogue. It is understood that the effectiveness of pedagogical work depends on the professional relationships established with and in the collective. In order to do this, one takes his own work as a source of reflection and research, in a narrative and autobiographical perspective, assuming that the production of knowledge about the school also occurs in/with the institution itself, in the context of professional actions. The partnership between the pedagogical coordination and the teachers produced a collective pedagogical work, which articulated the diversities of the knowledge and practices of each professional in favor of the learning of all the students in the schools.

Keywords: pedagogical coordination, professional partnership, school learning.
