Youth and adult education in Brazil: a political-pedagogical field in dispute

Abstract

This article discusses the instituted as well as the instituting pathways in the field of Youth and Adult Education in Brazil, analyzing both popular and schoolrelated models in this field. It reflects about the tensions and the complementariness between the educational processes proposed by the two models.
