Education in the human bounderies
Abstract
In this article, the author reflects on the role of education in the process of building in the human boundaries. Contemporary problems are analyzed, focusing on the problematic about the introduction of the instrumental rationality in social interaction domain replacing the communicative rationality as the basis for decisions that involve human beings and their ethical, moral and political actions. This setting claims the search for a new paradigm to guide world views, which should have values to ensure the humanity its historical march in a balanced way, integrating advances that came from modernization processes in a project that intends to safeguard the possibilities of a worthy life to all human beings. In such process, Education plays a fundamental role.
