Abstract

Natural Sciences is an area that integrates different types of knowledge and the training of teachers who will work with this discipline requires a course that provides an interdisciplinary approach. Therefore, the aim of this article was to understand how a degree in Natural Sciences has sought to develop an interdisciplinarity teaching. The research had a qualitative approach and to analyze the data, Discursive Textual Analysis was used, which resulted in the elaboration of three categories. The results showed that the course has provided contexts of interdisciplinary teaching developed from the individual or joint action of teachers and that these teachers have different conceptions about this theme. From the point of view of the locus of action, interdisciplinary activities are developed in projects to teaching, extension and institutions that promote the teaching. It was also observed that the professors of this course are concerned with providing this degree with an interdisciplinary profile.
