The author addresses the fundamental rights of children and adolescents in Information Society linked to the possibility of concrete and effective construction of public policies aimed at their education and the safeguarding of their own image by themselves in primary and secondary education. The research problem can be written as follows: from contemporary constitutionalism, and having the full protection of children and adolescents as a principle, is it possible to build public policies to safeguard their image in Information Society in the scope of primary and secondary education? The research admits two hypotheses as an answer to the problem investigated: a) from contemporary constitutionalism, and having the full protection of children and adolescents as principle, it is not possible to construct public policies in the scope of primary and secondary education to safeguard their own image in Information Society; b) from contemporary constitutionalism, and having the full protection of children and adolescents as a principle, it is possible to build public policies in the scope of primary and secondary education to safeguard their own image in Information Society. Concerning the methodology, the method chosen is the deductive method. The premises established will be analyzed with the aim of reaching a conclusion, in a process of logical reasoning. This way, starting from contemporary constitutionalism and, the dignity of the human person as a primordial value, and resourcing to the theory of the full protection of children and adolescents and dealing with the right/duty of education, the research proposed here will reach the possibility of constructing public policies for the protection of the image of children and adolescents in Information Society.
