Understanding the paths and challenges of the information society regarding the issue of State law must not be confused with an uncritical adherence to the theories of “deterritorialization”. On the contrary, one has to understand deeply what this territorial law has been, and try to perceive that new territorial challenges and new territories are being born.
Keywords: information society, law and territory, deterritorialization.
