The hermeneutics of Law and the systems of thought

This article aims to analyze, in general grounds, how legal interpretation will be deeply transformed and enriched by incorporating scientific findings on the functioning of the human brain. Based on them, you can build different mental habits, instead of the biases that lead the interpreter to see only what they want to see.
