Autopoiesis of Legal-Communication? The Challenge of Media Theory

This article discusses, initially, the relationship between language, communication and formation of knowledge, revisiting the thought of Luhmann and of thinkers of language, like Saussure. Also in this sense, the autopoietic nature of communication is highlighted. Then the communication in Law and its autopoietic character are discussed from innovative perspectives of the Theory of Law, in particular of Luhmann’s Systems Theory.
