Challenges of constitutional procedural law regarding the control of conventionality

This article intends to address some of the new issues facing constitutional procedural law. Special emphasis will be given to the “conventionality control” exercised by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, particularly the implementation of the Pact of San José, Costa Rica and of the American Convention on Human Rights.
