From ecology to eco-ideology. From prevention to precaution

The present study focuses on questions about environmental law in the post-modern society, not only at ecology and prevention, but beyond them: from eco-ideology to precaution. In these scope, from technological and scientifical revolutions rises the law challenge beyond the risk society. In this changing age, it would be necessary a review of concepts of responsibility for building a true environmental law. It is the post-modern challenge.
