The global ethics of human Rights: A prospective approach to the impact of new technologies

Cultural identity is the cornerstone of the survival of this global society that is emerging: its consolidation requires shared. In the process of redefi ning identity that globalization inaugurates it is necessary to forge a civic ethics based on the international recognition of human rights that would give way to that interpenetration of human relations and their cultural expressions at the planetary level. In this work we will try to succinctly analyze the effects of the creation of a global information society on the consolidation of the core of these values of universal vocation.
