Abstract

Resumo: O material analítico deste artigo é uma entrevista realizada com o pedagogo Antônio Carlos Gomes da Costa pela RISOLIDARIA, programa da Fundação Telefônica que visa fortalecer o trabalho dirigido à proteção dos direitos da criança e do adolescente. Nosso objetivo é o de compreender a constituição discursiva do adolescente infrator quando o mesmo é identificado relativamente aos dispositivos legais que o representam e às instituições que desenvolvem ações, pensamentos e práticas voltadas para o problema social em foco.  Este estudo de caso parte do princípio adotado pela Análise Crítica de Discurso (ACD), qual seja, a língua é um instrumento político contra a injustiça social. É a partir dessa perspectiva teórico-metodológica que se assentam as reflexões empreendidas.
