Abstract

The article discusses the relationship between cooperative education and the production and legitimization of knowledge in and for associative work. It develops its reflection around the proposition that the implementation of training devices for cooperative education can be enriched on the basis of a theoretical and methodological foundation based on the experiences of systematization of Popular Education, on the theoretical perspective of Educational Biographies and Ergology. It argues that these references are essential for the development of a training rationale that enables workers to critically appropriate their work-related experiences, which is a key issue for the development of their role as protagonists and autonomous subjects in their work.

Key words: solidarity and popular economy, knowledge, cooperative education, systematization, educational biographies.
