Methodological alternative for the design of the integrative study guide in the professional training of education.

This research is based on the design of an integrative study guide as an essential element of the meeting class that is developed in the course by meetings of the Municipal University Centers (CUM) as a methodological alternative in the job training of the education professional in Education career. Labor Education with an interdisciplinary approach, Aiming at perfecting the design of the study guide through an interdisciplinary integration going through several stages in its conception to improve the quality of the teaching-learning process in the subject Electrotechnics I. For this, the different methods of scientific research were used, such as theoretical, empirical and mathematical from the diagnosis, foundation, preparation of the written report and evaluation of the results, noting that there are insufficiencies to establish links in the direction of the teaching-learning process as important skill of the education professional as posed by the professional model, Therefore, it is intended to improve the quality of the ongoing training process of the education professional in the Labor Education career, determining professional pedagogical training as the main integrating node in the graduate's job training.
