This article explores the process of (re)textualizing Didactic Videos (DV) from Didactic Texts (DT), developed within the context of LabGram, a platform designed to support the practice of Scientific Education, usable in Brazilian schools. Based on Design-Based Research (DBR), the study aims to create multimodal materials that promote grammar teaching in Portuguese Language classes for basic education students. Marcuschi's studies were crucial in theoretically supporting the creation of emerging genres that dynamically and interactively connect theory and practice. The DBR methodology enabled an interventive and collaborative approach, resulting in the conception of DV that extend the use of DT through multimodal resources. The results indicate that the retextualization of these teaching materials contributes to a more meaningful, accessible and innovative study of grammar.
