A discussion on the involvement of the formation of journalistic speech through an institutional website is proposed. We explored the NGO Viva Rio website, that questions and offers an alternative comprehension of data related to a news published by Agência Estado. To support this speculation, we started from a constructional view of the news, presenting the concept of multivocal narrative of journalistic enunciation (Motta, 2012) and of journalistic dissemination in articulation areas and pregnancy of different speeches in a complex sistematic system (Fausto Neto, 2012). As a result of this study, even considering the symbolic limitation of the institutional space of news broadcasting (Ferreira, 2007), we notice that the NGO Viva Rio website offers a statement that, articulated with others available websites, enabled its relevant participation in the narrative.
