Abstract

This paper aims to discuss cinema as a Work of Art, its main elements, as the image technique, montage and its role as an essential factor of the aesthetic, perceptive and cognitive variation, from the advent and analyzing the Eisenstein’s intellectual montage, based on Walter Benjamin, Vilém Flusser and Christian Metz ’s theory.

Angélica Antonechen Colombo, Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP

Possui graduação em Filosofia (licenciatura) pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá - UEM. Especialista em Arte e Educação. Atualmente é aluna do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Filosofia da Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP. Tem experiência na área de Filosofia, com ênfase em Estética. Interessada principalmente nos temas: filosofia da arte, teoria crítica, cinema e arte e educação. Foi professora dos cursos de Filosofia e Pedagogia na Faculdade Apucarana Cidade Educação. E atualmente é tutora à distância da Universidade Estadual de Maringá – UEM.
