University Digital TV & Social Nets: the possibility of convergence

Abstract

This is a preliminary study that draws a sketch of proposal to integrate the university TVs in the digital standard to the social nets. In these times of convergence culture, it’s important to think about the development of applications programs that could enlarge the informative e committed traffic through the net of computers. Under the perspective of a design for Social TV that uses the middleware Ginga, the empowerment of transmidia actions is suggested to circulate in the academic Brazilian environment, with the objective to cross all the frontiers of the universal thought.
