Abstract

If the net’s architecture is not at random, if it actually presents a high degree of order and universality, similar to the organizing principles of the nature – which are at the mercy of any catastrophe – and if, on the other hand, the regimen of the techno-science configures itself as a regulator of the techno-imagery, this means there are a vertigo for deciding between the techno-systems and the techno-imagery, in order to alleviate the flows of power, for the power of flows of the virtual communities and the citizens.
