Interactividad y agenda del debate. La participación en las ediciones electrónicas de El País y El Mundo
Abstract
Digital editions of printed media have opened to his audience new ways of participating in public debates besides letters to the director. Media has taken advantage of new technologies to become a loudspeaker of worries and opinions of the audience, including inquiries, interviews with public personalities, forums and chats in the web. But we have to ask how important the interactivity is and what is the reader´s answer. In order to know that, we have analysed participative sections of Elmundo.es and Elpais.es. This paper combines quantitative and qualitative points of view to study the most important ways to take part in this public debate and to determinate its characteristics.Issue
