Lei do Audiovisual: a reação empresarial e os recuos do governo Lula
Abstract
This paper analises the audiovisual law project, elaborated by the Brazilian Ministry of Culture, in 2004, since conversation with several social segments. In this problematic are revealed the articulations of the society, of the State, particularly in it´s regulative role, and the televisive operators. In this way, are discussed the dispute between the public space logic and the market, comprehending the mass comunication reaction related to the State’s regulation actions. The results obtained until the moment, analysing the State´s regulative role, relating to the law project of Ancinav’s creation, mark the government’s surrender to the media´s pressure, as well as strong resistence of the communication sector to any kind of governmental regulamentation.Issue
