Abstract

This paper is situated in field the political economy of communication field and proposes the concept of a new technological order on the basis of the assumption that the digital media convergence changes the relationship between social actors and technological supports as well as transforms the way how people are in the world and perceive it. This means that there is a possibility of having other kinds of sociability, attitude and behavior by using the available tools in conjunction with the new technologies through the development of public polices oriented toward social inclusion.
