Abstract
This article the status of citizenship at a time when the political, social and legal relations are taking place beyond territorial and historic powers. In a post-fordist society, as computerization and the internet situate knowledge and culture in a logic of common goods, the control over the globalization process of the networks will decide about the new international division of power. By taking these transformations into account and analysing narratives, images and practices that are being built in the internet, the article tries to understand the relation between law and intelectual property in a universal community.Issue
