This paper brings to the reflection if the informal communication nets, with the participation of women, can contribute for the social improvement. To search the constitution of the informal communication nets elements of the social economic and cultural conjuncture of the daily life of the citizens that produce communication, mainly with mediations produced by women are observed, in the direction of search of better conditions of life. Thus, what we search is to understand if in the constitution of these informal nets of communication the feminine gender has participation for the social improvement effectively. We perceive that the women are producing of one to make daily in the social relations, carrying through propositive actions of stimulations in the family, the neighborhood and the community. These elements are constructors of new communicational processes, that improve the interpersonal relations and rethink the daily procedures of situations of conflict in the scopes of the ethnical group, the work, the family and the questions of gender, these last ones emphasized, in this text. More than formative elements of new procedures, the informal nets also are associated with the formal communication nets - with its interchanges that generate new mediations and thus in one to make in a continued communicational process intervenes in the daily life and transformation of the society.
