The development of research in the first master of communication in the state of Paraná

Abstract

The first class of Master in Communication & Languages of Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná (UTP) have begun in the year 2000. The objectives of this paper are: to provide a map of the researches conducted in the field of communication inside this program, to narrate its history and evolution and highlights the integration between undergraduation and graduation courses. We´ve worked with interviews with teachers, former students and MA students that are still taking their MA degrees in order to describe the experiences that have become part of the development of research and teach in Communication in the estate of Paraná.
