Câmara Itinerante: Open space for the deliberation and popular participation

This article presents a participation and deliberation perspective by means of the Câmara Itinerante implanted in the mining city of Santos Dumont. The project enables the creation of new public spaces for the citizenship exercise through the political education and actions revindication and public works. The deliberation is worked as a talkative process. The observation of this phenomenon occurs from the meetings accompaniment accomplished close to some city communities with the goal of opening space for the debate and the popular revindication.Downloads
