Since the 90s, popular cooperatives in Brazil have been gaining strength. Part of this process is due to the support of Technology Incubators of Popular Cooperatives, groups that form the ITCPs Network. These groups have their actions guided by the principles of the social economy. This article is the result of the study of social ties constituents and supporters from ITCPs Network which, in 2010, had 42 affiliates, with national representation in Brazil. It is believed that the study of social bonds in the structure of social network, based on psychosocial perspective, can indicate the formation and maintenance of this Network. It was proposed an investigation through semi-structured interviews with representatives of the Network ITCPs participants, aiming at examining the formal and informal relationships inside this network. Respondents were selected from a sociogram and affiliated entities in the network. The results indicate bonding aspects of political representation and exchange of information and experience.
