Reestructuración económica y desarrollo local en la periferia: Una mirada desde la economía social al caso Rosarino

In this work, I examine the processes of economic restructuring registered in Argentina in recent decades and its interface with local economic development in Rosario. Basically, I analyze the relationship of the restructuring processes with the dynamic work, the working conditions and the distribution income in Rosario in the period 1975-2008. From there, I make some considerations about the possibility and the need to generate another process of local development based in promoting of social economy experiences or non-capitalist forms of production.
