History of a history: women protagonism in Feminist Theology
Abstract
In this essay I intend to present a reflection about the history of the Feminist Theology Chair implantation at the Escola Superior de Teologia/EST and about the epistemological significance of Feminist Theology. In the first part, I present a narrative of Feminist Theology’s history at EST, from the articulation for its creation until its implementation. In the second part, I present a reflection about the impact that represented women’s access to the study of Theology and the protagonism of women in the theological field and, above all, in the feminist theological field, and the social relevance of feminist theology articulated with the feminist movements.
Key words: feminist Theology, feminist movement, History, patriarchal criticism, sexism, feminist Hermeneutic, feminist Episthemology.Downloads
