Fragmentation and recombination of heterogeneous elements in the web: cultural pastiche in the music video Judas

Based on the Cultural Studies of post-modern and post-structuralist inspiration, we developed the analysis of the music video Judas, which circulates widely around the world, particularly on YouTube. This video mixes heterogeneous references composing a cultural pastiche, full of elements such as clothes and objects from different periods, motorcycles, apocryphal religious texts, stereotypes, among references to films and paintings.
