Comparative study of the digital environments, Sampa.org and Telecentros.com.br: interactivity, hypertextuality, multimediality
Abstract
This paper is a methodological exercise of analysis of two web sites that serve as digital bases for two experiences of “telecenters”: one of them is the project called “Telecentros”, of the municipal administration of Porto Alegre (RS), and the other one is the project, Sampa.org, executed by an NGO with the same name and located in the city of Capão Redondo, in the Greater São Paulo area (SP).
