This article focuses on the analysis of communicative interactions and speech places on the television show Aglomerado, aiming to understand what the choices made to achieve its main purposes are: to set up a space that shelters both the debate on questions of life in the favela and the visibility of culture and art developed in the suburbs. To carry out the investigation, we choose to develop the study of discourses and interactions of four episodes of Aglomerado. We realize that the program centers the publicity and covers the debate and, consequently, cannot achieve all of its goals.
Keywords: television, slum, interaction.
