Approach to juridic-theological conceptions in New Spain

The “New World” colonization has had the evangelization like central point. The present text part of the postulate that different theological conceptions allow different juridic forms. Both elements, theological and juridic are ontologically articled. The intention of this text is approximating to the union of this elements in the conquest conflicts and domination of the territories of New Spain. The participation of clerics members, clearly showing his rejection and complaint for excess of the colonization, had like principle the Natural Law of humanism of Iberic School of Pace.
