Authorship in graphic design: An individual style or a collective imaginary?
Abstract
This article shows the origins of some questions about authored design, a central theme of the doctoral thesis in development. This text aims to strengthen the academic research in design and, therefore, discusses both the differences between individual style and collective imaginary, which is reflected in the relationship between authorship and alterity in graphic design, as a aesthetic paradigm shift.
