Design nel progetto territoriale
Abstract
This article moves from a theoretical recognition on the territorial project and it focuses on the contribution that the design can give in this complex ambit. The most relevant characteristics of “territorial design” are defined using the results of some applied research experiences developed in Italy and Brazil with the participation of the author. Finally, the main benefits of using design in the territorial project are exposed by comparing seven territorial marketing projects, two of which developed using design techniques.
