Abstract

From the perspective of activism expansion in society as one of the characteristics of cyber culture, the present article reflects on the paradox that opposes the force of information to the power of communication in social practices. While the filed for databases and date mines, for intellectual property, the sell of services through technological networks is constituted by the information force, the power of communication invests and broadens the field of knowledge share, as well as goods, creation of values and the resolution of collective action dilemmas and the generation of markets and goods. Information expresses the power of property and social capital exploitation as power of cooperation and communication expresses the potency of self-valuation and work organization as the power of partnership.
