The present paper aims to draft a conceptual and theoretical framework about the ICTs’ (Information and Communication Technologies) roll on the structure of new transnational identity spaces and its reverberations on the intercultural relations in plural societies like the Brazilian and the Quebecer ones. The text, based on bibliographical revision, direct observation and interviews with experts, ethnic and cultural community representatives and other social actors achieves a discursive-conceptual distinction between organic interculturality and instrumental interculturalism.
Key words: interculturality, transnationality, communication.Downloads
