Sobre “Teoria negativa da dignidade humana”, de Saulo de Matos

Abstract

Esta resenha crítica tem por objetivo estabelecer um diálogo com o importante livro publicado pelo professor Saulo de Matos em 2025, Teoria negativa da dignidade humana. Nesse sentido, inicialmente oferece uma descrição sintética dos capítulos do livro. Em seguida, apresenta algumas críticas desde um ponto de vista externo, apoiando-se fundamentalmente na obra de Jürgen Habermas. Por fim, elabora algumas críticas internas à própria argumentação de Saulo de Matos.
